Martha had squirrelled it away and was about to cut it up.

Luckily, Christopher got it in time.

She took her fancy to the geese, you see.

So with Kirsty running that rural arts thing at the fate, she was planning a bird collage. Ah, you found my shooting magazine. Yeah, it's got photos of geese, Oliver, and quite a lot of ducks. Indeed. Well, I'm glad that's sorted. I was going to drop it to you when I see our Emma. It's her birthday today.

That's right. And Shula's and Kentons tomorrow.

I put a card for Shula in the post last week.

I read it this morning, unfortunately, so it may arrive a little late.

I still find it hard to think of such a dear friend so far away.

I know what you mean. I miss her too.

So, will you bring the magazine with you later, or shall I fetch it?

To be honest, I meant to pop it round on my way to work this morning,

but, well, Amber's car was still in your drive, so I turned back round.

Oh, dear. Anyway, I'm were turned back rained. Oh dear.

Anyway, I'm glad I've located all the magazines now, because I was struggling to keep track.
