And with the first things I want to get into this morning, as I was looking at a lot of stuff early this morning. And there's a huge, this is a huge issue with ATF as they have continually overstepped their boundaries

from a legal standpoint on going in and continually trying to rewrite law that has been put

into place by Congress. And as you guys know, ATF is an enforcement agency. They don't have the

legal ability to go in and start rewriting law.

This is one of the biggest things I had when Donald Trump gave ATF the Greenlight to come in after the

Vegas shooting and essentially ban Bunkfire stocks, which ATF then went forward and rewrote 1934 definition of a machine gun, rewrote it.

So they could put the bumpfire stocks under that definition and category and ban them and make

them essentially a felony to possess.

Well, then they took the next step now with the braces, and they've been working on that.

And then they took the next step and try to

ban and essentially regulate anything that could be conceived as a receiver or lower receiver

or 80% lowers as a lot of people know them as well this is huge the federal court now has

completely and totally struck down what ATF tried to do with this.

The federal judge just vacated the ATF final rule that changed the definition of what constitutes a firearm under federal law in the United States.

And essentially what he went in and said here was that ATF published this final rule changing and rewrote a 1978 definition of frame and

receiver and then went into essentially split phrases in two parts assigning the term frame to handguns

and termed receiver and then went in and defined that frame and receiver along the lines of the
