Summary

On Tuesday, the NCAA's Committee on Infractions levied a three-year show-cause against former UConn coach Kevin Ollie. The university was spared any meaningful/significant penalties. Norlander and Parrish open the ep by discussing that, the fallout, Dan Hurley's contract and more. After that, the duo gets on to UConn leaving the American to join the Big East (16:45) and debate that team's standing in college basketball going forward, in addition to weighing the options for the American in the coming years. Finally, the most significant transfer decision of the offseason, potentially, happened Friday (44:30). They close the pod with that -- and some #USWNT talk.

Kevin Oli got a three year show called penalty for a failure to monitor, failure to promote

an atmosphere for compliance and for being misleading with NCAA investigators.

Meantime, Yukon will vacate a couple of bad seasons, get two years probation, lose a scholarship

it.

1:03.1

Best I can tell, it's a big win for Yukon for two reasons.

1:06.9

One, because these punishments will not impact the program going forward in any meaningful

1:13.1

way, or at least they shouldn't.

1:15.1

And secondly, because Kevin Oli is now, I think going to have a hard time arguing in court

1:20.6

that he should not have been fired for calls, which means he'll likely have a hard time

1:23.7

collecting the remaining, I believe, $10 million on his contract.

So from my perspective, this in a weird way, the day that you're actually punished by
