Okay, so I feel like this is something that I probably share with many cultivators and that is

the after dinner walk, the summer after dinner walk. I really love a walk around our neighborhood

after dinner when the days are longer. And down here in the south, you need the cool of the

evening to be comfortable outside. And I grew up taking summer after dinner walks with my family,

so it almost feels nostalgic to me and they're a great opportunity for conversation too.

How about you, Kelly? That is so sweet. That's a great tradition to

routine to pass along to your family. So my thing lives on the opposite side of the day.
