1:09.0 | But before we get deep into it, we're going to start each episode of this series by sharing something we are loving right now, specifically something we're loving to help us live more intentionally. |
1:20.0 | So Ali, what is something you're loving right now to help you live more intentionally? |
1:26.0 | Yeah, I am loving scheduling workout classes in advance and I am trying to do so like weeks or months at a time and that sounds like it's a ton. |
1:37.0 | But I have like yoga classes at a local studio that I love and they kind of fill up quickly so I kind of have to do it in advance. |
1:47.0 | But what I've been finding is it's much easier for me to sit down at the beginning of each month or whatever the timing works for me and say like, okay, I'm just going to put all of these in my schedule. |
1:56.0 | Then I feel like I'm less likely to not show up because it's already scheduled. I've already made a commitment. |
2:02.0 | It's also a lot easier for me in terms of coordinating other things in my life around it. |
2:06.0 | It just makes me prioritize it a lot more. |
2:08.0 | So even if it's just like one workout class month, scheduling then like far in advance has been so helpful to like live out that goal more intentionally. |

2:17.0 | I just can't get over that you schedule your workouts months ahead. |
2:22.0 | I have so much respect for you right now. You have no idea. That is legendary. I'm going to have to try that before. |
