Today I have a very special guest, somebody that I've known for the past

two years. This woman was actually one of the very first women to join the first round of the

Food Freedom Online program. And when I first launched the program, I knew the techniques and the

tools worked for me personally, but I had no idea if they

were going to work for other women. And here we are now. Two years later, we just celebrated

the Food Freedom Online program. Second birthday, we've had almost 800 women go through the program

and successfully conquer binge eating, emotional eating, compulsive

And the woman I have on today, like I said, she took the leap when I first launched the
