Hi everybody, it's Joe Lampel, the Joe Behind Joe Gardner, and welcome to the Joe Gardner

Show.

Today it's episode number 64, and we're talking tomatoes once again with our good friend

Craig LaHoolier.

And today we're kind of looking back, yes it's only early August when we recorded this.

But for some of us like in the southeast, the best of the season, at least for tomatoes,

is kind of behind us.

Or at the very least we're in the third quarter of the game.

But lots of tomatoes have been harvested, but then again, a lot of problems have come on

for us too here in the southeastern, probably for many of you, and yet I recognize that a

lot of you are still early in the game, and even some of you haven't even harvested your

first ripe tomato yet.

So today, what we're going to do is take the vantage point of where we are here in the

southeast and assess the year so far.

And if you're there with us, great, this will be real time for you.

But if you're still early in the season, this will provide a great perspective of what's

ahead, probably for you.

But just great general insight, always with Craig and our conversation.
