I'm just coming off of a high from teaching my first in-person solo live workshop this past Saturday in Boise, Idaho.

I was so nervous, which I think is completely normal when you're doing anything new and pushing outside your comfort zone.

And it ended up being such a great day with so much learning and meeting so many wonderful mothers

as we dove into decluttering our motherhood.

Not literally decluttering, but decluttering mentally and getting rid of the worn out sheds in our lives that aren't serving us and really learning how to love the moms that we are instead of always pining after the moms that we think that we should be.

It was a transformative day for me.

I know that and I hope it was for those who attended as well.
