Today we're going to continue sort of a conversation that we've had in bits and pieces in previous episodes.

And that is breaking down one of the elements of what we've called the five factors of health.

So we've done a few episodes on individual elements of this, but maybe let's start and just give us a brief reminder of what the five factors are.

influence it, but they're it's like your genetics and like where you live and feel a bit smogred in city, but these are the five that are really kind of

you have control over and you can influence and you can take control of every single day that ultimately determine your health and your longevity and so on. Yeah, so we've done episodes. I believe on sleep.

Nutrition certainly movement. I don't remember if we don't specifically this this topic with the with the mindset, but I think we did.

But basically what we've done is we sort of come up with or you've come up with 10 principles within each one of those five factors, right? And so today we're going to tackle the connecting one.
