I am very well indeed, Rory.

It's good to see you because I can share.

We do these over Skype.

So you can't see us listening to this, but we can see one another. But it's a great episode. Episode number 60,

we're going to be opening by looking at self-care, something that is so important. And I think

it's timious as well at the moment because as we run into Christmas breaks, some people being alone,

I think self-care is something we need to concentrate on.

Theory with Rory, really interesting.

And I believe Rory, an ethical imperative as well, which we'll be getting to later.

But we're going to be looking at cognitive development, specifically in children.

Can you kind of just give us a flavour of that?

Yeah, the theory is a well-known and well-taught theory.

It's covered in a lot of child therapy courses, and it's the work of Swiss psychologist Jean Piage.

I'm going to be talking about stages of cognitive development.
