I am your host and is historian Michael Bowling,

and I am joined by my co-host, producer, and good friend Craig Williams.

Craig, how are you today?

I am actually great.

How are you? Oh, I'm doing, well. You had to think about that for a moment.

I did. Yeah, I did. I am doing well. So on the day we're recording, of course, in this week, a lot of big stuff happened over on the Diz we launched our new logo exactly which was very exciting

and i personally like the logo and i and i wanted to give my perspective as you know as folks know

i'm the disney historian for the dizz and when i looked at the logo, I saw so much Disney history in it.

And I felt, you know, there's all kinds of stuff posted on social media and the Diz boards and here, there, and everywhere.

But I wanted to, I wanted to share my thoughts on it just from the perspective as the Disney Historian for the Diz.

And I probably have read way too much into it.

And Will, who designed our connecting with Walt logo, designed this logo.

And when he hears this, he's probably going to think, wow, you really put a lot of thought

in this.

But firstly, what I like is the essence of the original logo is still there.

You know, we still have that charming USB cord and the Diz Orange.

Exactly.

Yep.

And but, you know, the biggest number of comments I have seen on the Dboards and social media is the font in that it harkens back to Disneyland.
