And the reason that we want to talk about loneliness is it's just a very, very common subject.

When I saw people come into the Soberfall Facebook group that we run, I have some questions

that I ask people. And I had one question that I asked people like, what was the biggest

challenge about stopping drinking? And overwhelmingly, it was always loneliness that would come up

again and again and again. And I don't think this is actually an issue that just is common to people with a drink issue.

I actually think this is a global problem for many, many people.
