And we begin with a Tennessee pooch celebrating a first in her breed milestone.

August just turned 20, making her the oldest known golden

retriever in history.

There are stories of some reaching 17 and 18

and even one hitting 19. But as far as anyone knows, never until now has a golden

reached to the ripe old age of 20. Even better, Augie is a rescue. Her Forever family adopted her when she was 14, which was already

well past the average age for her breed. Today, she's a little slower and a little wobbly getting up, but her human says somehow she still

manages to move pretty fast when she hears the refrigerator door open.

We've all heard of election day, but when it comes to the presidential election in November,

those in the know are asking the American public to prepare for Election Week,

or maybe even Election month. The reason is the virus.

Historically the media likes to crown winners quickly as soon as the candidate

crosses the 270 delegate threshold, which usually happens the night of or early

the next morning.

Election officials say this year will be different.

More people will choose to or need to vote by mail and that's a process that always

takes longer. Unless it's a slam dunk with one of the candidates far out in front, those

in charge of the counting, caution it's possible we won't

have a clear winner for weeks.
