1:12.0	Hotel industry was so battered by the drop in demand at the beginning of COVID.
1:18.7	In fact, for the first year and a half of COVID and hotels heavily laid off staff and have
1:27.7	never been able to properly rebuild staff since.
1:31.5	And so hotel experiences have deteriorated.
1:34.9	I see that in hotel reviews and I see where a hotel is charging more money than ever
1:40.6	has for its rooms.
1:42.6	But people's experiences at these hotels have declined with hotels being dirty and run
1:49.5	down and all this.
1:51.7	So it's a tough time to be a customer shopping for hotels.
