1:04.6	At the same time, the number of people living in each household has gone down, down, down.
1:13.1	So let's face facts here, particularly for homeowners, how many homeowners live typically
1:22.5	if they don't have kids, how many live in like three rooms of their home and the other
1:30.0	rooms just sit there unused.
1:34.8	It's very common when our family was at its largest with people in the household.
1:42.5	We bought a home that was owned by empty nesters who owned a home with all those bedrooms
1:49.4	because they kept hoping that their kids would come home and visit.
1:55.4	And when we bought the home, it was because they finally realized, well, the kids really
2:00.2	aren't coming to visit.
2:02.9	They moved to a two bedroom from a five bedroom.
