So the size, the average size of American home is our household because it doesn't have

So let's face facts here, particularly for homeowners, how many homeowners live typically

if they don't have kids, how many live in like three rooms of their home and the other

rooms just sit there unused.

It's very common when our family was at its largest with people in the household.

We bought a home that was owned by empty nesters who owned a home with all those bedrooms

because they kept hoping that their kids would come home and visit.

And when we bought the home, it was because they finally realized, well, the kids really

aren't coming to visit.
