My family and I went on a cruise last week and of course we had a great time.

We go because of our son.

We were not ever people that were under cruise ships but our son is just so into it that

we go over and over again and then we get there and we have a great time.

Today I want to talk about a disturbing trend.

People buying big purchases sight unseen online.

So I've got new ideas for you to save when you're watching television or video content.

So there's all kinds of jokes about how properties are listed, quite charming, good bones, whatever.

They use all these phrases to say, yeah this house is a real dump.

But I'm telling you, you're going to love it.

It's a charm.

And I go back the first time I ever experienced this was back in really five, six and seven

earlier this century when people started buying real estate in states they'd never been

too obviously communities they'd never visited, neighborhoods they'd never visited, homes

they'd never seen except as digital images on the internet.

I remember it's funny how certain conversations just stick with you.

I remember conversation with a gentleman who was looking at buying multiple properties

in Fort Myers, Florida on the west coast of Florida and another gentleman who was looking

to buy properties near Boise, Idaho.
