So I've got new ideas for you to save when you're watching television or video content.

So there's all kinds of jokes about how properties are listed, quite charming, good bones, whatever.

They use all these phrases to say, yeah this house is a real dump.

But I'm telling you, you're going to love it.

And I go back the first time I ever experienced this was back in really five, six and seven

earlier this century when people started buying real estate in states they'd never been

too obviously communities they'd never visited, neighborhoods they'd never visited, homes

I remember it's funny how certain conversations just stick with you.
