And we begin with the hockey team that occupied last place just a few months ago

finishing this season as champions.

Last night the St. Louis Blues capped a remarkable months long

turnaround by taking down the Boston Bruins 4-1 in game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals.

Not only is it the first championship in Blues franchise history,

but they won it on enemy ice in Boston.

Bennington who was peppered by shots but held on to set a new record for

post-season wins by a rookie. St. Louis is reportedly planning a whopper of a celebration.

The governor of Texas just took a big stand in favor of lemonade.

This week Greg Abbott signed a bill that prevents police

from shutting down children's sidewalk sales. Abbott said he had no choice

after the police chief in one town shuttered a lemonade stand run by two girls trying to raise

money for a Father's Day present because they didn't have a hundred and fifty dollar

peddlers permit. Sadly the new law won't take effect in time for summer. It kicks in September 1st.

It's confirmed the best player in the NBA ruptured his Achilles tendon and has already

had surgery.

Warriors power forward, Kevin Durant posted a photo from his hospital bed yesterday and said that it was his decision

to play in game five because he's a hooper and wanted to help his team three peat.

He's out for this season and most if not all of next.

The big question that only he can answer is whether he'll opt in for another year with the
