And we begin with a major food company not giving you kids or your parents enough credit.

Kraft just announced a new product called salad frosting

thinking the sweet name will trick you into eating your vegetables.

Inside the colorful squeeze packet isn't frosting but your your

everyday tried and true ranch dressing.

kids who've had ranch before won't be fooled.

And while that flavor of dressing is, by some accounts, the most popular in the U.S, it's definitely not the healthiest.

Just two tablespoons of Kraft Ranch has 110 calories, 11 grams of fat, and 290 milligrams of sodium.

The same amount of Betty Crocker cake frosting has more calories, but less than half the

fat and sodium.

In sports news, it was the most lopsided match

in Women's World Cup history.

The United States national team beat Thailand 13 to 0 yesterday.

Nine of the goals came in the second half,

with four scored in just six minutes.

Alex Morgan had the biggest night.

She put five in the back of the net,

tying the record held by Michelle Acres, the only other American

to score five goals in a single World Cup match.

Delta 1, American 0, in a battle of the airlines and goodwill.
