You know, it's a fact that we all make judgments all the time.

And certainly social media is making a huge impact on how we evaluate others and then feel evaluated.

But there's one gift of being a therapist that I'll tell you about having to do with judgment. There are many gifts of being a

therapist by the way, but this one is specific in its relationship to fearing judgment.
