today we're going to be talking about codependency. A lot of people use that word and so I always have to ask them now what exactly do you

mean by that because I think there's a lot of confusion about it. Actually even

experts on co- disagree about what cod dependency is.

In fact, last week I asked people on my Facebook page what they might want to work on in 2018 and codependence was one of the

first things that they mentioned so that's why we're talking about it today.

We'll look at the history of the term, just a little bit of it.
