It was Heidi's birthday.

I'm one year older and wiser too.

And so you're welcome.

So I feel like you bring with me just a whole new older.

See, a year ago, she would have came out, stressed out, been frustrated.

We would have done a podcast.

She would have said erase it, you know, get it, you know, don't put that one out there. It said this week it was, it was, you know, her birthday, but also it was rough.

My aunt passed away last week.

And so, anyway, it was long, so short.

It was good, like, little spring break for Light the Fight.
