It's such a big part of success and sport and then kind of going it semi alone is, you're

going rogue a little.

There's a lot of like, what are you doing now?

You know?

I totally get it.

Like, what are you doing to live up to these, these, the Olympics and NFL and all of these

things?

You know, incremental progress and then also I feel like the light turns on you like,

whoa, it is the same, you know?

I'm your host Andrew East and this is a show where we sit down with celebrities, athletes,

entrepreneurs, really anybody who has encountered significant unexpected changes in life.

And I think we all take a step back, we can acknowledge that everybody goes through significant

unexpected events in life.

And so I wanted to sit down with these people who have gone through those well in order

to learn something myself and share that wisdom with you.

We sit down and talk with world and Olympic ice dancer and figure skater, Merrill Davis.

And she talks us about how she ultimately transitioned away from her sport that she had spent

her entire life doing and into something else, found her new passions and pursued those
