I've also been interviewed a lot about my influences as an artist

and specifically my favorite poster. And it's tough to pick a favorite, but it's all, I always say,

it's John Ben Hammersfell's, Pinnacle Hendicks. So John has written about the history of the image and his connection to surf culture and

psychedelic, psychedelic art and rock.

And it's a very interesting convergence of different people and experiences that, you know,

led to a lot of the stuff he does. So I have been excited about the opportunity to post

some of that history on my website and talk about, talk about his work because I think that it's it's different how things come

together or came together before before the internet it was much more was much

more tribal and you know organic and I think that and people were maybe a little less impatient a little bit more

committed to investing time in things that they felt were valuable to them creatively
