| 0:54.7 | But when I say healthy sleep, what exactly do I mean? So this week will help you make the |
| 1:00.3 | most of those precious hours in bed. To that end here are five myths and |
| 1:05.2 | facts about healthy sleep. Myth number one is I need eight hours of sleep a |
| 1:12.0 | night. |
| 1:13.1 | So rather than the one-sized fits all approach of eight hours, |
| 1:16.6 | the amount of sleep and individual needs |
| 1:18.6 | falls within a range. |
| 1:20.5 | For you and your life, it may be anywhere between 5 and 10 hours. |
| 1:25.0 | And only you can discover for yourself your magic number. |
| 1:28.0 | But some clues are, do you fall asleep while reading or watching TV? |
| 1:33.0 | Does running out of coffee qualify as an emergency? |
| 1:35.5 | Do you find you have to sleep in or take naps on weekends to catch up? |
| 1:39.5 | And if so, your number of hours is probably higher than you've been getting. |
