1:08.2	enough. Like, I was not going to do that to myself again because for the last
1:11.8	few years, that's been my story. Feeling like I can't even enjoy Christmas because there's
1:17.8	X, Y, Z that I should be doing or that I feel like I should be doing. And I know I'm not the only
1:24.9	one. Who feels that way? And Christmas can be really tough. It's obviously
1:30.1	the most wonderful time of the year and it's such a beautiful season. But it can be tough in the early
1:36.1	years of motherhood as we figure out, you know, what traditions do we do? How do we celebrate? Do we do this?
1:43.8	Do we not do this? What do we do about gifts? What do we, you know, how do we do? How do we celebrate? Do we do this? Do we not do this? What do we do about
1:45.4	gifts? How do we navigate all these different things that come along with Christmas and the
1:50.8	holidays and all the things. And especially now with social media and everybody's lives,
1:57.7	everybody's highlights of their lives at our fingertips. The world is loud.
2:04.2	Our worlds are loud with opinions and how we should do things or even just there's so much more
2:12.6	space for comparison because we see, you know, we see the mom with the perfect Advent calendar posting
2:18.6	on her stories or making a reel about all the wonderful things that she's doing. And you're like,
2:24.5	um, my advent calendar has nothing in it. And we haven't moved the tree in three days. But
2:31.4	Merry Christmas. And, and, you know, we see all these different,
