1:04.9	mostly because of social media, has set this expectation. And it's kind of this unspoken expectation that your devotional
1:13.7	time needs to always be quiet and secluded and alone and this long drawn out thing and while
1:23.2	I do believe there is a place for that and we do need to have that alone time with God.
1:29.1	I also know that that's just not always realistic for us, mamas, with littles in our homes
1:39.4	in this season of life.
1:41.2	And that is okay.
1:43.7	The good news is that God is wherever we are. And he will meet us
1:49.8	when we make space in our hearts for him. So today I want to give you some encouragement surrounding
1:56.7	your devotional time. Maybe you've been feeling a little discouraged lately. Maybe you've been
2:01.6	feeling that pressure or feeling even maybe shame that, you know, I haven't been reading my Bible.
2:08.6	I haven't been, you know, doing what I feel like I should be doing or doing what I quote
2:13.3	unquote am supposed to be doing. Maybe you've been a little bit discouraged. So I want to give you some
2:18.3	encouragement today. And I also want to give you my step-by-step Bible study method that has really
2:24.7	been working for me in this season with three kids, four and under. I've done a lot of different
