This is episode 52 of the podcast, which means that it is the first birthday of 3 in 30.

And I am so happy and grateful to have reached the smile stone and to be able to celebrate it with all of you.

I could not have foreseen a year ago when I hit publish on my first two episodes and I was so nervous and didn't know what people would think.

I never could have foreseen the incredible women that would come into my life.

The mothers who would bless me with their wisdom. The mothers who would listen and send me emails and support and comments and teach me so much.

You all have blown me away this year. There are no words.

And I want to celebrate this first birthday milestone by really acknowledging and celebrating you.

And I have a special invitation at the end of the episode for each of you that I hope you will take seriously and think about and pursue as part of this 3 in 30 birthday celebration.

I want you to know a little bit of the background of the podcast if you don't already.

I thought about 3 in 30 for almost two years before I started it.

I even knew the format, the three takeaways in 30 minutes, but I was intimidated and just felt like it was out of my league.

And so I just kind of kept quiet about this dream that I had.
