Del Lorenzo and tonight we're going to be talking about true friendship

but we always start off with a recap of the week and there's been a lot going

on this week there has been a lot going on this week. There has been.

We uh, I think we start off with our voicemail.

Well, yeah, because you know, I love our we did it's.

You got it and we got another one so here it goes.

Hey Tony and Melissa this is Jan just wanting to call and let you know that we completed

it. Yay! Y day challenge although I will just to be brutally

honest it was probably one of the hardest things we've done we only need it 26 out of

the 60 days due to a variety of reasons travel. We actually did a couple pregnancy tests which was a little scary but we made it through okay. So what we gained from it though even though it was just

26 days out of 60 it probably was like 25 more than normal but

Yeah was like 25 more than normal but we just we became closer and we were able to talk about it and at the point that exhaustion hit in and we were frustrated with the process and tired is when we just kind of said,

you know, I know we committed to 60 days, but we adopted in the intimacy lifestyle that you guys have talked

about several times.
