Alligator Alcatraz is back on. The Miami Herald reports that an appeals court last night

smack down that Obama judge Kathleen Williams, who had sided with those migrant activists and

a local tribe to close the facility. The Trump administration and the state of Florida

detention facilities, but now with this latest ruling last night, they can all go back with planes

Next, we have got a deeply disturbing update folks this morning on the case of about 600 unaccompanied

Guatemala. They were supposed to be flown home last weekend from the United States back to

their families. The hundreds of kids, age 10 to 17, were on deck to be sent back, with 10

of them to be sent on last Saturday. Reuters News Service reports that is when the Biden judge

Ms. Sparkle Sukanananan.

She's a foreign-born national from Trinidad and Tobago.

She ordered last Saturday that those kids could not be sent home.

That infuriated the White House.
