And we begin with B Week in the USA.

More than 560 kids from all 50 states are in National Harbor, Maryland right now,

competing for the title of the nation's best speller and a $50,000 top prize.

Today is day three of the four day event,

and they've already been hit with a bunch of tough words,

including fossiliferous,

nomenclature, and officionato.

If you want to try and out spell the spellers, you can catch the

semifinals Thursday afternoon on E-SPN 2, followed by the finals live on E-SPN Thursday night.

In addition to the kids who grew up here in the States live on ESPN Thursday night.

a few international whiz kids are also participating.

They come from the Bahamas, Canada, Ghana, Jamaica, Japan, and South Korea.

It's something Fortnite fans won't want to hear, but parents have long suspected,

video game addiction is real.

The World Health Organization just added the disorder to its international classification of diseases database.

The addiction is defined as a pattern of persistent gaming behavior that takes the place of other interests or hobbies.

Experts say only a small fraction of gamers will develop the disorder, but in the extreme, those who do sometimes play 20 hours straight, wear diapers

so they don't need to get up for the bathroom, miss sleep, meals, work, school, and other

activities.

Sometimes the behavior is just a blip and doesn't last.
