This is Handel on the Law, marginal legal advice where I tell you you have absolutely no case.

Okay, this is the story I did, and I've been following this story because I've been in reproductive

laws, you know. My entire legal career was third-party reproduction. So whenever there's a case

of embryos, sperm donation, surrogacy, what I specialize in, I try to bring it to you.

So we did the story of this sperm donor out of Holland, if you want to call him a sperm donor,

who looks like he fathered over 500 children.

And that's kind of interesting. He would go to the three sperm banks in Holland. And they sort of got the idea that he has way, way, he's doing this way

too much. And so he went to a few other sperm banks around Europe. And they put all that together and he has 500 kids.

Now, it's not against the law, but it is pretty obnoxious. So a Dutch court ruled on this. There was a

mother who had a child as a result of, one of 500 as a result of this man's sperm donation,

and she sued him.

And there is really no law that he violated.

However, the Dutch court did say that he may not do this again.

And if he does, there'll be a $110,000 U.S. dollar fine if he breaks the ban.

And so what he's doing now is going on the Internet and selling his sperm.

And they're trying to stop him from doing that because it's a direct sale.

And no one knows where he is.

And clearly no one knows where exactly he's donating.

Well, they know what part of his body he's using to donate.

But for the most part, no.

Interesting. And I've dealt with sperm donors. and in america there's a very dear friend of mine who actually founded the largest

sperm bank in the world and uh policy uh limit someone for i think it was five uh and then they
