Let me start with California.

California is the bluest of the blue states that you can ever imagine.

Hard to believe, but there are actually some

state senators in California that are Republicans. Not many, but there are. So one of them,

Melissa Melendez out of Lake Elsinore, she has proposed legislation intended to curb

cancel culture. And how is she doing this? Well, she is adding to the list of protected

classes, classes, and I'm talking about race, gender, religious creed, those are protected

under California's anti-discrimination law.

What she is adding is the political affiliation.

Why?

Because the concept here is that Republicans in the state of California are ostracized.

They're stigmatized.

They're not hired.

They're blackballed.

Which, by the way, exactly the case.

I have many friends in the entertainment business, actors, directors, et cetera.
