The following is a pre-recorded program. I enjoy bringing cases to you, stories to you about

misconduct of judges. And inevitably, you know, the sexual misconduct. That's where they get the most press.

You know, there's the judges up on the bench and there's big flowing robes,

and they do strange and wonderful things to themselves while not wearing clothing under their robes,

you know, that sort of thing.

And it's, you hear buzzing.

It's anyway, normally it's some kind of sexual misconduct,

stooping the clerk and going in the back, that sort of thing. Well, here's one that I've never

heard of, and it's kind of a neat one, no sex here, but there is a judge, was a judge in New York, who had asked a town official.

We don't know what the town official's name was because the story doesn't give it to us,

but it was a city official. And the judge asked him to be included in the health insurance program the city has.

And the official said, no, our program does not cover judges. You're not considered a city employee.

And the judge said, well, no, I am.

And you should give me the insurance.

And he said, absolutely no.

So the judge, a little bit angry, goes outside in the parking lot and keys the car,

destroys the paint job of this official's car. Destroyes the paint job of this official's car, I guess, in response to the big no.
