This is Handel on the Law, Marginal Legal Advice, where I tell you you have absolutely no case.

Oh, there's a fun one out of Boston.

And if you go to the Boston City Hall, the city offices, there are three flagpoles, one for the United States,

one for the state of Massachusetts, the state flag, and then there is a flagpole that has

various other flags, but all dealing with governmental bodies.

So there was a Christian group that wants to send their flag up, and the city said, no, separation

of church and state.

We're not about to let a religious organization lift its flag upon our flagpole.

The case went up to the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court said the group, the Christian

group, has the right to mandate that its flag be flown.

And the reason is so bizarre.

I mean, this is the court going in a way out.

He couldn't even imagine. And that is because that flagpole was not delineated as a state flagpole,

a governmental flagpole, freedom of religion allows this group to demand that its flag be flowed.

I mean, that's kind of stretching it. But this is where the Supreme Court's going to go. You're going to see freedom of religion go completely crazy.

As a matter of fact, you're going to see, and I'm convinced of this, that you're going to see a lot of cases go anti-LGBQ.

You wait for that. And that's going to be based on freedom of religion.

You can't discriminate, but what's more important than discrimination is your freedom of

religion, and therefore, if God is telling you that them queers shouldn't have the same rights

or should be able to be excluded, or you don't teach that in school, you don't even recognize it, certainly trans, can't...

I mean, I can go on and on, it'll be a freedom of religious issue.

That's what this is.
