Some time you know you know what it is all if I'm if I'm on a plane I bring one of those neck pillows just because I don't want to wake up with you know trying to lean you know my head on the on the window and then next thing you know I got neck issue the entire time I'm on vacation or ever I go so I've one of those neck pillows I can get.

If I'm sleeping good an hour and a half to two hours nothing more than that I can't sleep for an extended period of time I flew back from LA last week on Sunday and the guy next to me slept for the entire flight.

I'm not having a day sleeper or you know I don't sleep at all I'm tired of I've flown I mean we went entire year that flying basically right now I flown this is like I already have like 28,000 miles flown in the last like months basically I'm just tired of flying but I'm up on a flight again I'm out of movies to watch maybe I like read or something do something.

So where you going this time you don't might be asking. I'm going to Dallas I'm going to Dallas we're I think we're doing a show next week together I'll be doing that from Dallas as well right.

My buddy had surgery he had unfortunately he tore both his quad tendons and his and his battalion is other knee and he's you know 280 pounds a lot of people that can help him like get do things like lift him in and out of his wheelchair and

so I'm going to tell him a little bit so he pulled the events McMahon Vince McMahon did the same injury he ran into the ring as part of a bit during WWE and when he jumped into the ring he tore both quads and he tried to stand up and fell down immediately and then he realized and the rest of the wrestlers that were in the ring were looking at him going why are you yelling at us from the ground they didn't get it but he didn't want to break character and it turned out he tore both quads sliding into the ring.

It's terrible that's soft so yeah so I'm going back to Dallas to help him a little bit with what that and yeah I was in L.A. for draft stuff and I go back to L.A. with my family I can't believe that the month of May I'll have eight nights at home.

I'm not used to traveling anymore like this is what I used to do right before covid and now travel time for work and vacations and now it's different we're back traveling again.

and I it's interesting we spent a little bit of time last time we're talking about how the players don't plan to show up this off season the coaches act like they're shown up like the coaches are like talking about OTAs we're talking about rookies coming in and they're talking about

like the players probably aren't showing up at all like you better get used to their coaches and again it's true to coaches right I mean they have no they have no say they have no union they have no say what what we do or what we don't

do but players and showing up you might talk about wanting to do OTAs it's not happening yeah it's and look I do think if we're going to do that and this is this has been my my feeling on this

stuff when it comes to the the quarterbacks that have been a happy with their team and have wanted to be dealt from their team we saw with Dishon Watson now obviously he's got other issues right now he's got to get figured out and they'll get sorted out
