This is episode 48 of the Swallier Pride Podcast and today we are back with Pam Holland from

Marshall University and the rest of her students.

And I again, I just want to say how blown away I am by these students and how much courage it took for them to come on here because I know that they were super nervous and I promised them they would do great.

And I'm just, I'm so thankful that Pam came up with this idea

and I think it was fantastic so I want to encourage you guys to listen all the way

to the end of this episode because I think each student has something incredible to offer and to say and

for advice to us on how to deal with other colleagues that we deal with on a daily basis.

So I just think this episode's outstanding.

I am going to be taking a two-week hiatus. I'm going to be taking a two-week hiatus.

I'm going to be taking a few weeks off.

It's July.

I hope everyone had a safe and happy 4th of July.

But I'm going to take a few weeks off,

spend some time with my family, get some son.

And we will be back at the end of July.

We've got quite a few professors coming up, so I'm really excited to get into some more

researchy things.

That's so not a word, so don't scold me over that.

But I'm really excited to dive into some more literature.
