Summary

The Low Carb Hustle is for anyone who's trying to get lean, get strong, and get paid!

In this episode we get a chance to talk to Danny Kavadlo aka Danny the Trainer (NOT Danny the Influencer).

Danny Kavadlo was born in Brooklyn, NY, eats mainly plants and animals, and exercises every day.

Danny has been featured in the New York Times, Huffington Post, New York Post, and Men's Health, and is a contributor to TRAIN magazine and Bodybuilding.com.

When he's not traveling the world as Master Instructor for Dragon Door's acclaimed PCC Certification, Danny works with personal training clients in New York City and virtual clients everywhere.

His latest work HYBRID STRENGTH TRAINING is available here: https://shrsl.com/3a091

Danny and I go deep on the benefits of training with your body AND weights, why the internet is not your friends, and one thing you MUST keep in mind when deciding on your superpowers.

Make sure to like and subscribe to the show so you don't miss any of the new episodes!
