Welcome to episode 45 of FBI Retired Case File Review with Jerry Williams.

I'm a retired agent writing crime fiction inspired by actual FBI cases.

In this episode we speak with retired agent Jeff Doyle who served 20 years with the FBI.

He joined the Bureau after 8 and a half years in the military, and early on in his Bureau

career, Jeff worked a variety of assignments in the Richmond and New York divisions, including SWAT, bank robberies,

and investigating Italian organized crime. He was later assigned to a squad established to combat Chinese organized crime.

He was eventually promoted to be the supervisor of that squad, which began to focus primarily

on investigating the trafficking of heroin and cocaine

from Southeast Asia into the United States.

Jeff has interviewed about working as the case agent of Operation White Mayor, the International

FBI Investigation that resulted still today in the largest heroin bust and seizure in US history.

The investigation identified and disrupted major international Chinese drug networks.

Post retirement, Jeff now owns and operates Doyle Carden Group LLC,

and investigative and anti-money laundering consulting firm.
