Listen, this episode is going to be a little bit different than most others because in this one,

I'm going to take a look back.

I'm going to take a look all the way back throughout my career because today is a very special day.

A very special day because it's my birthday. Yes. Turn in the big 38. Oh, my goodness. Where has time gone?

Here's what I do know. Over the span of my career, I have had many, many unique opportunities and insights and lessons

learned. And that's what I want to quickly share with you here because, well, I thought it'd be a

fun time to look back. So the way I've kind of done this is I've kind of broken my career up

into different chapters. And I'm going to give you a lesson learned for each chapter. So let's go all the way back

to when I was a teenager. Now, when I was a teenager, I worked. So I worked on farms. I, you know, grew up

out in the middle of nowhere, you know, cows on one side, corn on the other type thing. Like,

we are out in the boonies. And growing up out in the boonies, we worked on farms. That's what we did. So I worked on tobacco

farms, jensing farms, fruit farms, and there was a lot of hard work. And all of that, though,
