All right, what's going on, Boucher Radio listeners, and welcome back to another solo episode.

So these are some of my favorite to record.

I love outlining them. I love creating them, and I love speaking them to you,

and just thinking about you guys listening and hearing it and the way that I listen to podcast and I'm like oh my gosh this was so amazing and so helpful to my life today that's what I get most excited about when I create these.

So today, obviously you guys saw the title of this podcast.

We're going to talk about self-love and it's going to be really good.

It's not going to be super kind of up in the air in cliche it's going to have real life

examples it's going to have real life things that I have gone through

experiences and yes some of the topics might be cliche but my absolute

favorite thing in the world is taking something

cliche and making it real and showing people why it's important. So before we
