We are outside of the Raw Vegan Festival, sipping on green young coconuts, and yeah, we're just taking a little

well first of all I want to say that these young coconuts are new because I've never had a

Costa Rican coconut all the coconuts have had it from Thailand. So this is a different flavor. It is. It's really neat. It's not a sweet, but it's hydrating. Yeah, typically we get here in Toronto the white ones that have been shaven down and we're actually

finding organic ones now which is pretty cool but these ones here I don't know I

just like the the mild less sweet taste and yeah just feels so good on them.

Yeah they're really good. So back to your question. Yeah it's new. I started my

project 11 years ago and it's changed a lot. I've changed a lot and I'm

injured now potentially permanently so my running days may be over most likely but I'm still an advocate for

penalty diet I'm still an advocate for fitness I'm still an advocate to

for getting into action helping people deal with the challenges, the emotional issues that prevent them from doing what they want to do in life.

But I'm finding a different way to do it now. Not so much through running, but YouTube through public advocacy like the Toronto

Raw Vegan Fest getting out there so I travel all over the world giving talks and

just talking really honestly with people about the things that they're challenged by.
