Welcome back to the Melanie Avalon biohacking podcast. All right, so here is the backstory on today's

episode. So you guys know I'm all into all of the biohacking things, especially when it comes to monitoring your body and what you can learn from it.

And I started seeing this device around the biohacking interwebs called Lumen, which supposedly could tell if you
