0:08.7	tonight. We are in part three of the ADHD series and this is just my explaining or
0:18.5	explanation of my journey with ADHD and getting a later in life diagnosis
0:24.0	at age 37 and my entire childhood making sense. But this is an Instagram live and we decided to
0:34.0	pull the Instagram live off of Instagram and pull the audio and put it on the podcast
0:40.7	because I get a lot of questions about ADHD all the time and we want to make sure that we have
0:46.3	a clear place to send people to to be able to reference it. Plus, it's just easier to listen
0:51.5	to a podcast than try to sit and watch a long Instagram
