Hello and welcome back to another episode of the Decluttered Mom podcast. Today we are diving into

It's just these are being pulled from an Instagram live so that we have them for easy access to be able to point people to because I get questions all the time about my ADHD, how I knew I had it, how does that affect me in my home and systems and routines, and all of the above.

And in 2017, I had my second daughter and it felt like I was literally drowning in my home.
