I've read a lot about you online and I'm sure our listeners some might know you.

And a lot of them probably have no idea who you are or why you'd be interesting to listen about.

But I'm confident that they're going to be glad that they stuck around.

But as always, before we get into the meat of sort of what it means and what it's like to be an author within Mormon LDS book.

The book industry, let's hear your story if you don't mind.

So tell us a bit about your story.

Well, I do have a story like everybody.

I suppose I'm a 6th or 7th generation Latter-day Saint from a polygamist on both sides.

So luckily, I say luckily, but I didn't grow up in Utah and I think that is sort of lucky in some ways.

I grew up in Southern California.

Oh, wow.

But I did end up in Utah eventually.
