My name is Greg Klunis and it's unfortunate to say this but many of you listening have already given up on

your resolutions. It's nothing to be ashamed of we all do it. Every single year as we draw it

to a close we look ahead to the next year and decide that things will be different

That we'll get into shape or we'll learn a new language or we'll finally start that business but unfortunately life happens we get home from work and we're too tired to do anything our kids act up and we spend our entire evening dealing with them instead of going to the gym. We choose time with our

partners or our family over writing the first page of that book. We're all guilty of doing the exact same thing, so you have nothing to feel embarrassed

about, but it's also important to catch yourself. If we want to have any chance of our life being

even just a little bit different this year than it was last,

we have to constantly check in with ourselves, reassess our goals, and see how far we've come.
