Welcome back to the podcast, today is a solo episode and it's an episode I really wanted to share this week because I've just finished the launch of my membership You Can Sit With Us.
It's really important to me that as a team we evaluate how a launch has gone straight away because that analysis allows us to identify what went right and what went wrong, and once you have that information you can put all those findings into practice and that's how you can improve on your launches time and time again.
When it comes to teaching others I think it's key to be fully transparent, so we don't only shout about the good stuff, but share where we can improve as well, and I learned a lot from this launch because we actually didn't hit our targets and it didn't all go to plan.

| 1:30.6 | Society for a long time and we rebranded it to a membership called You Can Sit with Us. That was a |
| 1:36.7 | lot more open. It was more diverse. We allowed men to come in for the first time. We made it |
| 1:43.3 | a bit more salesy. So you were allowed to sell in the |
| 1:46.5 | membership on certain threads, more networking opportunities, challenges, things like that. So it was |
| 1:52.5 | quite different to how it had been. So we wanted to do, I don't normally do a launch for the membership. |
| 1:58.6 | We just have a wait list and we let people in that way. And so we |
| 2:01.3 | always have somewhere between 800 and 1,000 members in because of that. But this time, I really wanted |
