this kind of, this time of year is always a time where it just somehow kind of gets us, right?

We're constantly surrounded by people and sometimes we feel so alone.

So maybe this is just me calling out what gets me this time of year.

Sometimes it's really blatant for some of us.

Loneliness sets in because maybe we've lost somebody.

We love deeply and we're so used to spending holidays

and this fall season with that loved one. And this is a difficult time of year.

For some of us, maybe singleness is a time where you are kind of like, well, I don't have

somebody who I'm doing all my holidays with,

and this season feels specifically lonely. For some of us, it may be that we're surrounded

with lots of people. There's extended family and immediate family, and yet we sometimes

feel like, does anyone really know me? Does anyone really

know my heart? I have known times where I hope you resonate because I'm about to say something

that feels real vulnerable. But I've known times where I'm in a crowded room and even in a room

where lots of people celebrate me or really like me,

and yet I feel deeply alone. I sometimes have known times where I felt like, wow, nobody really knows the real me.
