it will save our sanity. So this is such a cool topic and I'm really thankful that I was shown this topic in the last few weeks and was able to kind of craft a podcast around it because I didn't even know what I didn't know and then I was shown kind of

this whole new revelation around the conscious mind and how when you quiet that

conscious mind you're finally able to step into your peace.
