Point number five.

Maturity is to recognize the pivotal role, to recognize and understand the pivotal role of the lay ministry,

and to encourage it as we are doing by this conference. Lawrence. beautiful beautiful now who must recognize the importance of the lay ministry?

Lay pastors.

You see, I am having this conference, and I asked some of the bishops to you.

I know they were not coming for the conference, and I told them, look, some of you of you should come because you see you must understand the role that lay ministry plays I am not the only one who

should understand it and you as lay pastors should understand it if the church has no lay pastors

who are good lay pastors the church will not work well, let's say, the first four rules come full time, one, two, three, four, look, it will never solve the problem of the absence of the lay pastors. So your rule is so important, but you yourself may not know how important your role is.

So I am now trying to create or to have lay pastors who understand how important it is to be lay pastors.

How important lay ministry is, so that you are

even so powerful in teaching how people should be lay pastors and really work for God as

volunteers without being paid by serving God, going up and down, as though you are virtually a full-time

pastor.

That should come from lay pastors.

So really, there should be a very strong lay director or leader who is so strong with the lay people and understands the pivotal role that lay ministry

plays and what will happen if it is not there.

And this must be by lay pastors.

So lay pastors must grow up to understand it because I think some of you are pastors, you don't know

what it means and how critical it is for us to have a very strong lay ministry. You know,

so that's what I'm saying that, you know, I'm stretching out my hand

and you must be eager, excited, happy, joyful to flow and not think in your head,
